Resumen
Este proyecto se propone investigar la génesis de la noción de gobierno en niños y adolescentes pertenecientes a sectores socioculturales medios altos. El estudio corresponde a las extensiones del programa de investigación piagetiano al subdominio del conocimiento político, que constituye un área escasamente explorada. Se adoptan las tesis del interaccionismo constructivista y los mecanismos funcionales para explicar las reestructuraciones sucesivas de las teorías e hipótesis de los sujetos sobre el gobierno. Un estudio previo realizado con sujetos de 11,4 edad promedio (Lenzi, 1998) evidenció una concepción sobre el gobierno benefactora, moralizada y personalizada. En este proyecto interesa detectar cómo los sujetos reconstruyen esta concepción hacia otra más objetivada e institucionalizada, que implique una regulación del aparato gubernamental mediante una normativa legal. También supone la búsqueda de las teorías infantiles menos avanzadas. La muestra está constituida por 48 sujetos distribuidos en 6 grupos etarios de 7-9-11-13 y 15 años de edad. Se utilizan entrevistas clínicas críticas individuales para la recolección del material, el análisis psicogenético y el método histórico crítico para la interpretación de los datos. El propósito último no es sólo desarrollar el conocimiento del dominio, sino aportar insumos a psicólogos y educadores preocupados por optimizar propuestas más adecuadas para la educación ciudadana.

Genesis of government´s notion in children and adolescents and conceptual change
This project intends to investigate the genesis of government´s notion in children and adolescents from medium - high sociocultural sectors. The study corresponds to the extensions from the piagetian program of investigation of the political knowledge domain that constitutes a barely explored area. The constructivist interactionism and the functional mechanisms thesis are adopted to explain the successive restructurings of the theories and hypothesis on the government the subjects sustain. A previous study carried out with subjects of 11,4 age average (Lenzi, 1998) evidenced a beneficent, moralized and personalized conception on the government. The interest is to detect how the subjects reconstruct this conception toward a more objective and institutionalized one, that implies a regulation of the government by a legal normative. It also supposes the search of the less advanced infantile theories. The sample is constituted by 48 subjects distributed in 6 groups of 7-9-11-13 and 15 years old. Individual critical clinical interviews are used for the gathering of the material, the psychogenetic analysis and the critic historical method for the interpretation of the data. The last purpose is not only to develop the knowledge of the domain, but contributing inputs to psychologists and educators worried about the optimization of more appropriate proposals for the civic education.
