Resumen
Se trata de un estudio comparativo entre la estructura de la fobia y la neurosis en la infancia. No tenemos como referente una edad evolutiva sino que lo consideramos en su valor estructural.
La investigación apuntará a desentrañar las respuestas subjetivas que ambas estructuras producen en relación a la exigencia pulsional y situar el modo de intervención para la instauración de un dispositivo de tratamiento en estos casos.
No existen trabajos que planteen esta comparación, la cual será bibliográfica y basada en recortes clínicos.
Su interés radica en producir respuestas a las preguntas ¿porqué no se constituyó en los pacientes fóbicos la estructura del fantasma? y ¿cuál es la relación entre los destinos pulsionales y la constitución subjetiva?.
En Freud la fobia es respuesta a la satisfacción pulsional, que es condición necesaria, pero no condición suficiente para que se estructure una fobia, se establece una relación causal que descubrimos apelando a la experiencia clínica, basada en la singularidad de cada caso.
La ausencia de fantasma, en la fobia y en la neurosis en la infancia, es nuestro operador inicial.
La investigación nos permitirá situar las nociones de historial e historia clínica, desde el psicoanálisis, para reabrir la pregunta: ¿Cómo presentar un material clínico?


Resumen en inglés
Phobia and drive. Relations between phobia´s structure and childhood neurosis.
The work consists of a comparative study between phobia´s structure and childhood neurosis. We don´t use as reference an evolutionary age but we consider it in it´s structural value.
The investigation will point out to unravel the subjective answers that both structures produce in relation to the drive´s exigency and to situate the intervention way to establish a treatment device in this cases.
There are no works that treat this comparison, which will be bibliographic and based in clinic cuttings.
The main interest rests in producing answers, why wasn´t it made up the phantasmatic structure in phobic patients? And, which is the relation between the drive´s destinies and the subjective constitution?
In Freud, phobia is an answer to the drive´s satisfaction, which is a necessary condition, but not enough for a phobia structure to form, it is established a casual relationship that we discover appealing to clinic experience , based in the singularity of each patient.
The absence of phantasm, in phobia and childhood neurosis, is our initial operator.
The investigation will let us situate the notions of the record and medical history, from psychoanalysis, to reopen the question: how to present clinic material?
