Resumen
A continuación del proyecto anterior habrán de investigarse los efectos de la anomia, que se agrava en este momento de transformaciones socio-históricas, para las cuales, en la mayoría de los sectores e instituciones sociales no hay respuestas.
1) Se partiremos de la selección de casos de incesto, abuso sexual, violencia familiar, recopilados en las instituciones de menores para indagar:
a) condiciones de empobrecimiento, real y simbólico, agravado por situaciones de carencias materiales,
b) aplicación de los instrumentos legales y sus formas de interpretación e implementación.
2) La investigación prseguirá con los tratamientos clínicos en los casos de incesto, abuso y violencia, en los distintos servicios de Salud Mental. (Trabajándose especialmente en los servicios de la zona Zap - Zona de atención prioritaria-) en el sur de Capital Federal y en la provincia de Buenos Aires (partidos de La Matanza, Lanús, Lomas de Zamora)
3) Se continuará trabajando con casos de fracaso escolar en la zona mencionada y con la indagación teórica.
Se dictarán seminarios en escuelas y servicios hospitalarios y realizándose las conexiones con otros lugares que trabajan temáticas similares.

During this period the subject of research is about the anomic´s effects. We maintain the hypothesis that this anomie, in fact, is the social factor which aggravates this time of many and deep sociohistorical transformations.
For the case of this research the group is interested in working about the possible relationships between the anomia and the social disorders.
1) The research go starting from a selection of incest, sexual abuse, familiar violence cases with the proposal of doing research into:
a) Conditions of symbolic impoverishment.
b) Applications of legal instruments.
c) The several forms of interpreting the legal instruments and its applications.
2) The second step of research is about the clinical treatment about incest, sexual abuse and familiar violence cases in Health Services (Areas of research: Zap -Priority attention zone-, the south of Capital Federal, and the departments of La Matanza, Lanús and Lomas de Zamora.)
3) In parallel, we will work about school failure in the mentioned area.
4) At the end of the research also the group hope to make a significant theoretical constitution about the question of possible relationships between anomie and the particular social disorders.
5) The group has a plan of offering many seminars and courses to schools and hospitals.
6) The institutional relationships with other groups of research are considered even than as important ones.
