P032. La Dimensión Delusional de la Transferencia.

La interrogación que la locura plantea al psicoanálisis es terreno sobre el cual pueden leerse las fracturas y desmembramientos del movimiento iniciado por Freud, las modificaciones metapsicológicas más fecundas y una compleja y creciente apropiación de la experiencia terapéutica por parte de los analistas. Nuestra pregunta: ¿qué enseña el abordaje psicoanalítico de alucinación y delirio acerca del lugar del que partió y acerca de aquello de lo que fue portadora una interpretación que tuvo alcance sobre el deseo? Nuestra hipótesis: los descubrimientos del psicoanálisis en el territorio de la locura echan luz sobre las fuentes y el material de la transferencia analítica, experiencia que comparte con aquel territorio el carácter de pregunta siempre abierta y la resistencia a dejarse capturar por la razón. Nuestro método: poner en red relatos de experiencias terapéuticas, construcciones teóricas y herramientas clínicas construidas en la historia del encuentro entre psicoanálisis y locura para hacer de esa puesta en deriva un instrumento tanto para un abordaje psicoanalítico actual de la locura como para una concepción de la transferencia analítica en función de los resortes que, inherentes al funcionamiento del analista, hacen posible y fecunda la interpretación.

Summary: The question that the madness does to psychoanalyzis is a ground on wich it is possible to read: a) fractures and dismemberments of de movement initiated by Freud, b) the most fecund met psychology amendment, and c) a complicated and increasing appropriation of the therapeutic analytic experience. Our question: ¿What does teach the psychoanalytic treatment of hallucination and delusion about the place wherefrom an interpretation has departured and arrived, having been to toch the wish? Our hypothesis: The dicoverments of psychoanalyzis on the land of the madness illuminates fountains and materials of analytic transference, experience that has two characters in common with this land: it is a question always open and it is inapprehensive for the reason. Our method: Put in net narratives of therapeutic experiences, theorical constructions and clinical instruments produced along the history of encounters between psychoanalyzis and madness for doing of this derivation an useful instrument for actual psychoanalytic boarding of the madness like as a conception of analytic transference in function of resort that, inherent to the working of annalist, make possible and fecund his interpretation.
