La investigación se propone sistematizar los efectos terapéuticos producidos a partir de intervenciones psicoanalíticas en ámbitos institucionales, en diferentes dispositivos, patologías, edades y tiempos y dar cuenta de la lógica de su producción. Se parte de considerar que dichos efectos se sostienen en una lógica que depende tanto de la intervención del analista como de la variabilidad de las condiciones subjetivas del paciente. Se trabajará sobre el relato de casos construidos por el analista en los que se haya producido algún efecto terapéutico y se construirá una hipótesis para cada caso que permita esclarecer los modos y las condiciones de dichos efectos, teniendo en cuenta la posición inicial, las intervenciones analíticas en el marco transferencial, así como los movimientos subjetivos produciros en el curso de la intervención. Consideramos que el tema resulta de especial interés, dada la incidencia en nuestro país de la práctica analítica en instituciones y la necesidad de dar cuenta de los resultados desde una perspectiva que no abandone los principios propios de método psicoanalítico

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS PRODUCED FROM PSYCHOANALYTIC INTERVENTIONS IN INSTITUTIONS
The intention of this investigation is to systematize the therapeutic effects produced from psychoanalytic interventions in institutions, in different devices, pathologies, ages and times and to give account of the logic of its production. We consider that the above mentioned effects are supported in a logic that depends so much of the intervention of the analyst, as like as on the variability of the subjective conditions of the patient. The work takes its basis on the statement of cases constructed by the analyst in which some therapeutic effect has been produced, and a hypothesis will be constructed for every case that allows to clarify the manners and the conditions of the above mentioned effects, considering the initial position, the analytical interventions in the frame transferencial, as well as the subjective movements produced in the course of the intervention. We think that the topic ensues from special interest, given the effect in our country of the analytical practice in institutions and the need to realize of the results from a perspective that does not leave the proper principles of psychoanalytic method.
