Existiendo un número indeterminado de cuestiones éticas de la práctica psicológica que surgen en su interlocución con el aparato judicial, es necesario determinar cuáles de ellas se destacan por su recurrencia y relevancia temática. Este estudio, de carácter exploratorio descriptivo, consta de cuatro fases cuyos resultados confluyen en la organización lógica y sistematización de los problemas éticos, deontológicos y clínicos que puedan identificarse a partir de la indagación de: a) contextos judiciales (ámbito de la Psicología Jurídica) y b) otros ámbitos de inserción profesional donde se verifica la intervención de variables jurídicas.
El objetivo del proyecto es construir un cuadro de situación de las cuestiones éticas que surgen en el entrecruzamiento de la práctica del psicólogo con el discurso del Derecho y el aparato judicial. Para ello, se realizará un estudio del estado del arte (relevamiento bibliográfico, resultados de investigaciones, encuadre deontológico y jurídico) y un estudio de campo (consulta de archivos, relevamiento de jurisprudencia, relevamiento de casos, indagación de las respuestas de los psicólogos ante situaciones dilemáticas suscitadas en el mencionado diálogo disciplinar).
Se prevé la organización de los resultados en un sistema lógico conceptual susceptible de ser transmitido, y la compilación de los materiales en un volumen con soporte en CD-ROM que facilite su transferencia.

JURIDICAL VARIABLES IN THE PSYCHOLOGICAL PRACTICE. SYSTEMATIZATION OF THE ETHICAL, CLINICAL AND DEONTOLOGICAL ISSUES THROUGH AN EXPLORATORY DESCRIPTIVE STUDY.
Regarding an undetermined number of ethical questions psychologists encounter when their practice is developed within the scope of the law, it is necessary to determine which of them stand out by their recurrence and thematic relevance. This descriptive exploratory study consists of four phases whose results come together in the logical organization and systematization of the ethical, deontological, and clinical problems that arise from the interweaving of the psychological practice and the legal order. We will investigate: a) judicial contexts (field of juridical psychology), and b) other scopes of professional work where the intervention of legal variables is verified.
The project aims at systematizing the ethical questions that arise when practising within the domain of law and justice. A study of the state-of-the-art (bibliographical research, results of investigations, deontological and legal frame), and a field study (consultation of archives, research of jurisprudence, cases, research of the answers of psychologists facing dilemmatic situations raised in the mentioned disciplinary dialogue) will take place.
