El Programa de Psicología Clínica para Adolescentes funciona desde el año 1997 en la Sede Regional Sur, UBA. En el mismo se realizan actividades de Prevención, Asistencia e Investigación a adolescentes de 13 a 25 años con vulnerabilidad psicosocial y sus familias. Las características de estos adolescentes y sus padres generan dificultades para los abordajes terapéuticos psicodinámicos clásicos, lo cual implicó la incorporación de nuevas técnicas y dispositivos específicos para los adolescentes y sus padres (Proyectos UBACyT P056, P069 y P049). Las nuevas técnicas y dispositivos que se han incorporado en el área de asistencia terapéutica (GEVR, GTF, GTFP y Terapias de Revinculación) se analizan a través de estudios de proceso y de resultados terapéuticos, que permiten demostrar la eficacia terapéutica, que incluye no sólo comprobar si se produce cambio sino también cómo se produce el mismo. En este proyecto se administrarán instrumentos objetivos para realizar el estudio epidemiológico de la población consultante y el análisis de resultados de los distintos dispositivos. Asimismo se realizará el análisis de proceso terapéutico grupal del dispositivo GTF para adolescentes, del GTFP para Padres y de las Terapias de Revinculación a través del Reflective Functioning Scale for Clinical and Research Purposes RFS.

PROCESS AND OUTCOME ANALYSIS OF FOCALISED GROUP THERAPY FOR ADOLESCENTS WITH PSYCHOSOCIAL VULNERABILITY AND PARENTS WITH SERIOUS PERSONALITY DISORDERS.
The Clinical Psychology Programme for Adolescents has worked in the Southern Region, University of Buenos Aires (UBA), since 1997. Prevention, Assistance and Research activities are carried out with adolescents, aged 13 to 25, with psychosocial vulnerability and with their families. The characteristics of these adolescents and their parents make it difficult to apply the classical psychodynamic therapeutic approaches. That was why new techniques and specific devices had to be incorporated for both the adolescents and their parents (UBACyT Projects P056, P069 and P049). The new techniques and devices incorporated in the therapeutic assistance area (RBFG, FGT, FGTP and Rebonding Therapies) are analysed by means of therapeutic process and outcome studies to show the therapeutic efficacy, which comprises not only testing if there is any change but also checking how that change is brought about. In this project, objective instruments will be administered to carry out the epidemiological study of the permanent population and the analysis of the outcome of the different devices. Furthermore, the therapeutic group process analysis of the FGT for adolescents, the FGTP for parents and the Rebonding Therapies through the Reflective Functioning Scale for Clinical and Research Purposes RFS will be carried out.
