Resumen en español:

El objeto de la indagación es la construcción del conocimiento profesional de Psicólogos en instituciones de Educación, Justicia y Salud y el desarrollo y aprendizaje de las habilidades necesarias para un ejercicio profesional competente en diferentes escenarios. Se identificarán los modelos situacionales de intervención que construyen Psicólogos con otros agentes, en sistemas de actividad con dispositivos de ayudas tutoriales estratégicas para el análisis y resolución de problemas. Se analizarán desafíos y dilemas que presentan los procesos de negociación y cooperación generados para el trabajo interagencial y la reflexión en comunidades de práctica. Como seguimiento de la investigación sobre Prácticas Formativas en las Carreras de Licenciatura y Profesorado de Psicología en Universidad de Buenos Aires (2004-2011), se amplía la perspectiva sobre la formación profesional y docente del Psicólogo para el trabajo en educación, focalizando giros en la acción, posición y conceptualización y la apropiación/resignificación del rol en las experiencias profesionales. El diseño metodológico es de tipo descriptivo cuasi-experimental. Se presumen diferencias significativas en Psicólogos y Profesores de Psicología que trabajan en sistemas de actividad con ayudas tutoriales estratégicas en el ejercicio de sus funciones.

CONSTRUCTION OF PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE OF PSYCHOLOGISTS AND DILEMMAS OF SITUATED LEARNING IN COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE

The object of the research is the construction of Psychologists professional knowledge through their work in Education, Health and Justice Institutions and the development and learning, through different settings, of skills that are necessary for a competent professional performance. The research will identify situational models of intervention that Psychologists build jointly with other agents in activity systems with strategic support devices for analyzing and solving problems. The project will study the dilemmas and challenges of the negotiation and cooperation processes for inter-agency work through the reflection in communities of practice. As a follow-up of the research about Modeling Apprenticeship in Psychology and Teaching Psychology Courses at Buenos Aires University (2004-2011), it will be expanded the view of the professional education of Psychologists for working in educational contexts, focusing the shifts in action, position and conceptions and the appropriation/re-meaning of the role during professional experiences. The methodological design is descriptive and quasi-experimental. Significant differences are expected in Psychologists and Psychology Teachers who work in activity systems with strategic tutorial helps in the practice of the role.
