La presente investigación propone explorar las diferencias entre la melancolía como estructura clínica y los rasgos melancólicos que se presentan en la histeria y la obsesión. El Superyó tendrá un lugar central en esta distinción; la voz que lo constituye y su vinculación con los objetos pulsionales serán también considerados. Las voces insultantes de la melancolía serán comparadas con las voces silenciosas de la histeria y la neurosis obsesiva. La consideración del Superyó será desarrollada de acuerdo con las lecturas freudiana y lacaniana. La distinción Ideal del yo y Superyó contribuirá al esclarecimiento del tema. Por último, la melancolía como abolición del deseo será opuesta a la depresión neurótica.

MELANCHOLY AND NEUROTIC STRUCTURES
This research intends to explore the differences between melancholy as a psychic structure and melancholic characteristics that present themselves in hysteria and obsession. The superego plays a central role in this distinction; the voice that constitute it and its relationship with pulsional objects will also be considered. The insulting voices of melancholy will be compared to those silence ones of hysteria and obsessional neurotic. The consideration of the superego will be developed according to Freudian and Lacanian thought. The distinction between Ideal and Superego will contribute to the understanding of the subject. Finally, melancholy as abolition of desire will be opposed to neurotic depression.
