Resumen en español:

La Investigación se desarrolla en el campo de la articulación entre la estructuración psíquica de niños-as/adolescentes y las funciones familiares. Interesa su desarrollo en dos tipos diferentes de situaciones familiares, a saber: 1. La organización de la familia de acuerdo a sus transformaciones epocales actuales y 2. Situaciones de desorganización familiar que denominamos situación familiar difícil, especialmente divorcios controvertidos. Hipótesis: La estructuración psíquica de niños/as-adolescentes para su producción saludable, requiere de su articulación con funciones familiares. Cuando estas funciones quedan obstaculizadas interfieren en la estructuración psíquica del niño/a-adolescente y se generan condiciones para un potencial desarrollo patológico. Estas funciones se desarrollan en un ?grupo familiar?. Operan desde el vínculo con quienes ocupan lugares significativos , investidos libidinal o afectivamente por el niño y el grupo. No es la forma que tome la familia en su organización la que crea condiciones para un desarrollo saludable del niño sino la cualidad de los vínculos establecidos entre los miembros del grupo. El signo de potencial saludable o potencial patógeno para el niño/a-adolescente está dado por la cualidad del vínculo generado mas que por la inscripción del mismo en un modelo de organización familiar. Cuando la familia pasa por situaciones de desorganización y crisis como los divorcios controvertidos las funciones familiares se ven interferidas en sus desarrollos y generan potenciales patógenos para el niño, en la medida en que dichas crisis degradan las funciones y son puerta de entrada de violencias que reducen al otro (tanto al hijo como al ex-conyugue) en su alteridad. Estas violencias desarrollan procesos de ?locura vincular?.

PSYCHIC STRUCTURE IN CHILDREN/ADOLESCENTS AND FAMILY FUNCTIONING. SEVERAL WAYS OF ORGANIZATION AND DISORGANIZATION (ESPECIALLY, CONTENTIOUS DIVORCES) AND FAMILY RECOMPOSITION. INTERDISCIPLINARY NETWORKS OF INTERVENTION.

The research is developed in the coordination field between children/adolescents psychic structuration and family functioning. Its development is of interest in two different types of family situations, namely: 1. the family organization according to its current epochal transformations, and 2. family disorganization situations which we call as difficult family situation, especially, controversial divorce. Hypothesis: The psychic structure of children/adolescents requires coordination with the family functioning for its healthy development. When these functions are hampered, they interfere with the psychic structure of the child/adolescent and create the conditions for a potential pathological development. These functions are developed in the ?family group ?. They operate from the link with those who occupy significant places, because they are libidinal or emotionally invested by the child and the group. It is not the way that the family takes in its organization what creates the conditions for the healthy development of the child, but it is the quality of the links established among the group members. The child/adolescent healthy or pathogenic potential sign is given by the quality of the link more than for its inscription in the family organizational model. When the family goes through situations of crisis and disruption as contentious divorces, the family functions are interfered in their development and give place to the child pathogen potentials to the extent in that said crises degrade the functions and are the Gateway for the violence that reduces the other (both the son and the ex-spouse) in their otherness. This violence develop processes of "linking madness".
