Representaciones de Infancia y Producción de Subjetividades en la Niñez: Estudio Exploratorio del Derecho a Expresar Opiniones Libremente, desde la Perspectiva de Niños y Niñas, en Contextos de Interacciones con Adultos en Ámbitos Familiar y Escolar.

Resumen:

La investigación se propone identificar y describir las variaciones en el reconocimiento del derecho a expresar opiniones libremente manifestadas por niños y niñas, según: diversos contextos de interacción con los adultos, el carácter de la relación entre adultos- niños y niñas (simétrico, asimétrico), edad, género y condición socioeconómico- cultural de la familia de origen. El derecho a expresar opiniones libremente surge como una atribución jurídica a los niños a partir de La Convención de los Derechos del Niño (CDN), implica una ruptura con la concepción de niñas y niños únicamente como sujetos en desarrollo para reconocerlos como sujetos activos de derechos, capaces de expresar sus opiniones y tomar decisiones sobre las cuestiones que los afectan. Este derecho, enunciado en el artículo 12 de la CDN, expresa la interdependencia indisoluble de tres aspectos para garantizar su ejercicio por los sujetos infantiles: a expresar sus opiniones, a ser oídos y a que tales opiniones sean tomadas en cuenta.El contexto conceptual se organiza en torno a tres ejes a) la representación Infancia de época. b) la Intersubjetividad, y c) la cualidad de la relación adulto-niño en el reconocimiento y ejercicio de los derechos de niñas y niños. Los proyectos UBACyt F816, 2008-2010 y UBACyT, 20020100101069, 2011-2014 resultan antecedentes necesarios de este proyecto, en tanto aportan categorías conceptuales que contribuirán al abordaje de este tema.El estudio se inscribe en la tradición de la investigación cualitativa. El tipo de diseño es exploratorio-descriptivo, intencional, de muestra pequeña, transversal. La población estará conformada por: niños de 8 a 12 años de edad, con capacidad narrativa, residentes en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires y en el gran Buenos Aires. Se constituirá una muestra intencional compuesta por 40 niños/ as, 20 niños/as, alumnos de escuelas privadas y 20 niños/as de escuelas públicas, repartidos equitativamente por edad, género y condición socioeconómico- cultural de la familia de origen. El instrumento principal será una entrevista semidirigida a cada niño/a en la que se trabajará a partir de lectura e interpretación de la adaptación de un cuento, dilemas, completamiento de narrativas y dibujos. La información producida se someterá al análisis de contenido y temático y se construirán categorías empíricas. Se prevé transferencia de resultados a los ámbitos académicos, escolares y jurídicos.

CHILDHOOD REPRESENTATION AND SUBJECTIVITIES PRODUCTION DURING CHILDHOOD: AN EXPLORATORY STUDY ON THE RIGHT TO EXPRESS OPINIONS FREELY, IN CONTEXTS OF INTERACTIONS WITH ADULTS AT HOMES AND SCHOOL.
The research focuses on identifying and to describing the variations in the recognition of the right to express opinions freely demonstrated by girls and boys, according to: diverse contexts of interaction with adults, the character of the relation between adults - girls and boys (symmetrical, asymmetrical), age, genre and the socioeconomic – cultural levelof the family of origin. The right to express opinions freely arises as a juridical attribution to the children from The Convention on rights of the Child (CRC), involves a change with the conception of girls and boys only as subjects in development to recognize them as active subjects of rights, capable of expressing his opinions on the matters that affect them. This right enunciated in the article 12 of the CRC expresses the indissoluble interdependence of three aspects to guarantee its exercise for the infantile subjects: to expressing their opinions, to being listened and that such opinions are taken into account.The conceptual context of this research organizes arounds three axes: a) the representation of Chilhood within each time, b) Intersubjectivity, c) the character of the adult - child relation in the recognition and exercise of the rights of girls and boysand. The projects UBACyt F916, 2008-2010 and UBACyT 20020100101069;   2011-2014 turn out to be necessary precedents of the project, since they contribute with conceptual categories that will provide to approach this topic.The study sets up in the tradition of qualitative research. It is an exploratory - descriptive, intentional design with a small, cross-sectional sample. The population will consist of: children from 8 to 12 years of age, with narrative capacity, residents in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the great Buenos Aires. It will be constituted an intentional sample composed by 40 children (20 children from private schools and 20 children from public schools, equitably distributed by age, genre and socioeconomic and cultural level of the family of origin.The main data collection resource will be an semi structured interview with each children . Each interwiew will be done on basis of the reading and interpretation of the adaption of a story, dilemmas, and the completion of narratives and drawing. The produced data will be analyzed by means of the content analysis and empirical categories will be constructed. Transfer of results is foreseen to the academic, scholar and juridical areas.
