Resumen

El Proyecto analiza las intervenciones de los psicólogos en las instituciones educativas, y las herramientas conceptuales y metodológicas que utilizan para abordar los problemas del campo. Identifica las unidades de análisis que los psicólogos recortan en su intervención, y las causas que atribuyen a los problemas educativos. Indaga cuáles son para ellos los factores que determinan el fracaso y el éxito escolar, y compara esa lectura con la que realizan docentes y directivos. Vincula el recorte que realizan con la formación académico-profesional que han recibido en el grado y el postgrado, y con las características del dispositivo escolar en el cual ser insertan. Se analizan posibles efectos sobre su acción y representación de instrumentos de mediación de los que se han apropiado. Se exploran esquemas cognitivos, actitudes y expectativas de los estudiantes universitarios de Psicología sobre la Psicología Educacional como Campo de Acción Profesional: funciones que asignan a los psicólogos, objeto de análisis e intervención que delimitan, y marcos conceptuales de referencia. Se analiza si se produce o no cambio en las representaciones, conocimientos o valoraciones sobre el Area Educacional, entre el inicio y el cierre del dictado de la Asignatura específica, y en el recorrido curricular de la Carrera. Se proyecta esta mirada sobre los Programas de Estudio de Psicología Educacional, y las Prácticas Profesionales y de Investigación que forman y entrenan a futuros graduados en el quehacer específico.

"The role of the psychologist at school. Mediating tools and different kind of interventions. The link with the students´learning". Buenos Aires University. Facultad de Psicología.
We analyse the actions that psychologists develop in the field, and the tools that they have appropiated and they use in their way towards the object of the discipline and towards their own goals. We identify the causes that they attribute to the educational problems and the learning difficulties. We recognize the units of analysis they use when they pay attention to the reality. Which are the reasons that explain the failure and the success at school, for the psychologists? And which are the reasons, for the teachers and headmasters? Are they similar? Why? We think the subject is related with the undergraduate studies of Psychology, but also with the different Graduate Courses. And the limits of psychologists version are also related with the place that the "school device" point out for them. We analyse the effects of the mediating tools on the actions and thoughts. We also want to find out the "knowledge schemas" of the University students about the problems of the Educational Field of Psychology, their attitudes and values, their wishes of approaching to that complex and multidimensional phenomena, and if it concerns on which are the main Conceptual Frameworks in the study of the discipline. We study also the Pedagogical Programmes of Educational Psychology in our country, and the Programmes of Specific Apprenticeship in Undergraduate and Graduate Studies.
