Investigamos el fundamento real del síntoma neurótico desde el punto de vista del psicoanálisis. Para ello interrogamos las elaboraciones de Freud, de Lacan y de otros analistas, e informes clínicos sobre transformaciones del síntoma en el curso de los análisis. Nos proponemos mostrar que, aún llevado a su expresión más elemental y despojada de metáforas, el síntoma neurótico se diferencia del psicótico, donde la irrupción del signo en lo real es evidente, y también del efecto psicosomático. Nos proponemos mostrar que no por eso el síntoma neurótico carece de un sustento real, fundado en la estructura subjetiva -. Se estudiará en particular la inserción pulsional del síntoma en la neurosis obsesiva - cuya relación con el cuerpo suele pasar desapercibida -.

Title: The insertion of the neurotic symptom in the real of the subjective structure.
Abstract: We research the real basis of the neurotic symptom from the psychoanalytic perspective. To this end, we study developments from Freud, Lacan and other analysts, as well as clinical documents about transformations of the symptom during the course of the analysis. We aim to demonstrate that, even when taken to its most elemental expression, devoid of metaphors, the neurotic symptom is different from the psychotic one, where the irruption of the sign in the real is evident, and also of the psychosomatic effect. We endeavor to show that nevertheless the neurotic symptom doesn´t lack a real basis, founded on the subjective structure. We will give special attention to the "pulsional" (driving) insertion of the obsessive neurosis symptom - whose relationship with the body often goes unnoticed.
