Resumen
Los trastornos psicosomáticos son cada vez más frecuentes; algunos revisten gravedad y urgencia en ser atendidos; la posibilidad de un abordaje grupal permitiría acceder al tratamiento psicoterapéutico a un mayor número de pacientes. El objetivo de la investigación será indagar las condiciones más adecuadas para el mismo.
Si bien se tomarán en cuenta los factores genéticos, inmunológicos, etc. que engendran trastornos orgánicos, esta investigación tendrá como objetivo encontrar las condiciones e intervenciones más adecuadas para un abordaje psicoterapéutico grupal que atenúe y alivie aquellos conflictos psicológicos o situaciones dolorosas que predispusieron, contribuyeron, precipitaron o son consecuencia de la enfermedad.
El trabajo consistirá en realizar entrevistas diagnósticas grupales que permitan estudiar posteriormente las características de las intervenciones a realizar en la psicoterapia grupal de estos trastornos, así como los efectos de la homogenidad en la constitución de grupos psicoterapéuticos con estos pacientes. Será esencialmente exploratorio porque existen muchos interrogantes sobre la adecuación de dicho dispositivo psicoterapéutico. El estudio del funcionamiento psíquico y las modalidades vinculares en grupos compuestos únicamente por pacientes con trastornos psicosomáticos puede ampliar el conocimiento sobre los factores psicológicos más frecuentes que derivan en vulnerabilidad somática.

VINCULARS SPECIFIC MODALITIES AND MORE APPROPRIATE TYPES OF INTERVENTION IN ORDER TO LABORATE AND OPTIMIZE A GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY APPROACH OF THE PSYCHOSOMATIC DYSFUNCTIONS
Psychosomatics dysfunctions are increasingly frequent; some are very serious and have and have to be urgently treated; the possibility of a group approach would allow a bigger number of patients to access the psychoanalytic treatment. The objective of the investigation will be to investigate the most appropriate conditions for the same.
Even if we will take into account the genetic, immunologic etc., factors, that give rise to organic dysfunction, the objective of this survey will be to find the most appropriate conditions and interventions for a group psychotherapy approach that attenuate and alleviate those psychological conflicts or painful situations that predisposed, contributed to, precipitated or are consequence of the illness.
This work will consist on carrying out group diagnosis interviews that allow us to study the characteristics of the interventions to be made in the group psychotherapy of these dysfunction, as well as the effects of the homogeneity in the constitution of psychotherapy groups with these patients. It will be essentially exploratory because many queries exist on the adaptation of this psychotherapy device.
The study of the psychic operation and the linking modalities in psychoanalytic psychotherapy groups made up only by patients with psychosomatic dysfunction can enlarge our knowledge about the most frequent psychological factors that derive in somatic vulnerability.
