Resumen
"El trabajo interdisciplinario en la asistencia médico - pediátrica de alta complejidad".
La investigación se realizará desde el Instituto de Investigaciones Psicológicas de la Facultad de Psicología, UBA.
Este proyecto se relaciona con políticas de salud propiciatorias del cambio en los roles de los actores insitutucionales tradicionales, el análisis de los procesos en los servicios de salud y la desmedicalización de la investigación en salud.
Se hará un estudio de caso en el Hospital Garrahan, dedicado a la alta complejidad pediátrica, de alcance nacional. Con el objetivo de contribuir al diseño de modelos de organización hospitalaria que favorezcan la interdisciplina. Considerando que la asistencia de pacientes complejos requiere del debate y confluencia de distintas perspectivas de conocimiento y que ésta se ve favorecida cuando se diseñan Programas Asistenciales específicos. Se construirán los datos a través de fuentes documentales, observaciones de encuentros interdisciplinarios y entrevistas a informantes calificados. Se evaluará si hay diferencias en el intercambio exclusivo entre médicos y el que se hace entre profesionales de distintas disciplinas. Se elaborarán tipologías de las diferentes modalidades de trabajo interdisciplinario (TID) e interespecializado (TIE) y se correlacionarán éstas con la existencia o ausencia de Programas Asistenciales específicos.

"Interdisciplinary work in high complexity pediatric health care".
The research will take place in the Institute of Psychological Research, Psychology Faculty, Buenos Aires University.
This project is related with health policies, whose purpose is a change in the roles of traditional institutional actors, the analysis of process in health care and the inclusion of non medical professions in health research.
With the method of study of a case, in Garrahan´s Hospital, dedicated to pediatrics´ high complexity, in national level. The aim is to contribute to the design of an interdisciplinary hospital organizational model. Thinking that the health care of complex patients requires the debate and confluence of different perspectives of knowledge and also considering that this is favoured by Specific Assistance Programs. We will build new knowledge through documental fonts, observations of interdisciplinary meetings and interviews to qualified informants. We will evaluate if there are differences in the dialogue between physicians exclusively, and that between professionals of different disciplines. We will produce typologies of the different modalities of interdisciplinary and inter specialized work, and we will correlate them with the presence or absence of Specifically Assistance Programs.
