PSYCHOLOGICAL INHIBITION AND IT´S RELATION WITH TRANSGRESSION IN LAW BREAKING ADOLESCENTS.

Holding the importance of the study of the pathologies of the act in adolescence, the proposal is to investigate—based on the affects—everything that would facilitate the consolidation of such problems of increasing presence these days, a moment defined as postmodernism or overmodernism, with a superior hierarchy of the act over the word, and of individual and immediate success. Because adolescence represents a segment of the population particularly vulnerable to social and cultural transformations, this project aims at investigating—by means of discourse anlysis— the existence of psychological inhibiton, an affect resulting from the intent of the subject to avoid anguish. Apathy or unwillingness are manifestations of the decrease in desire before the demands arising from reality (the family, the social context), which lead to extreme desintegration of the subject in enjoyment without words, the desire of the nothing. The transformaion of the annihilation of the psychological inhibition into the violence of the explosion of the act would confirm the existence of the opposites the psychoanlytic theory proposes. In such a context, acting out and “the passage à l’acte”, athough different, have a supposedly liberating purpose, exposing the subject to risks for his/her own physical integrity or posing a risk for the others.
