¿Cuál es la ventaja que encierra el cine a la hora de pensar situaciones dilemáticas en el campo de la ética y la política? No se trata de la mera lectura o análisis de films, sino del cine como un analizador-operador que produce un texto fundante de la situación. Desde la perspectiva filosófica y semiótica, con el aporte decisivo del psicoanálisis, la noción de acto ético y acontecimiento político se propondrán como eje de una misma matriz a la vez metodológica y epistemológica. La experiencia del cine se nos presenta así como una estrategia clínica para el abordaje de la singularidad en situación. La presente investigación se enmarca en el proyecto UBACyT "(Bio)Etica y Derechos Humanos: Cuestiones Clínico-Analíticas" (Programación Científica 2014-2017). Su objetivo es el tratamiento original de situaciones dilemáticas en el nuevo campo de la política de derechos (reproductivos, de género, de identidad, etc.) en su doble articulación subjetiva y social. Los casos serán presentados y abordados a través de la narrativa contemporánea, especialmente cinematográfica y de series televisivas, desarrollando así un dispositivo de transferencia social de la experiencia.

ETHICS AND HUMAN RIGHTS: FILM NARRATIVE AS A METHODOLOGICAL AND CONCEPTUAL MATRIX TO ADDRESS COMPLEX SITUATIONS IN PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE.

In what way do films help resolve dilemmatic situations that may arise in the field of politics and ethics? It is not mere film interpretation or analysis; it is cinema as an operative-analyzer which produces a foundation text of the situation. From the philosophical and semiotic viewpoint, together with crucial input from psychoanalysis, the concept of ethical act and political event will be proposed as axis of one same matrix both mythological and epistemological. We are tus presented with the film experience as a clinical strategy to deal with the singularity in situation. This investigation is set within the framework of the UBACyT's project "(Bio)ethics and human rights: clinical and analytical issues? (Scientific programming 2014-2017). The objective is the original treatment of dilemmatic situations in the new field of politics of rights (reproduction, gender equality, identity, etc.) in its double social and subjective articulation. Contemporary narrative, especially film and television series, will be used to present and approach the cases, thus developing a social transference device of the experience.
