RESUMEN

Palabras clave: In this article we will examine the purpose of circumscribing different key elements in the treatment of hysteria (the virile identificaton, the enjoyment of insatisfaction, etc.), though they will be oriented by a precise phenomenic form: homosexuality. In Seminar 20, Lacan mantained that “hysteria [...] is playing a man, and thus her being, too, a homosexual...” (Lacan, 1972-73, 103). In this article we aim to widen this statement, with the consideration of a clinical case.

SUMMARY

En este artículo nos detendremos en el propósito de circunscribir diferentes elementos capitales del tratamiento de la histeria (la “identificación viril”, el goce de la insatisfacción, etc.), aunque orientándolos hacia el hilo conductor de esa forma fenoménica que es la homosexualidad. Ya en El Seminario 20 Lacan sostenía que “la histeria […] es hacer de hombre, y ser por tanto también ella homosexual…” (Lacan, 1972-73, 103). En este artículo nos proponemos ampliar esta afirmación, con la consiguiente consideración de un caso clínico.
