Freud: The destiny's notion and the limits of the analitic therapy

To Freud, there is something that escapes from the analysis boundaries, limiting the therapeutic possibilities. The notion of Destiny in philosophy, has two versions, a causal and determinist version; and a casual version, where it appears the accidental and the unexpected. The Freudian conception of the symptom includes both versions, because for the author the two factors are ubiquitous. The hypotheses about the symptom’s Destiny are part of the antique problem found by Freud about the Destiny of the cure. In the last stretch of his practice, the author shows that the temporal factor takes the first place speaking of the frontiers of the analysis. Three capital texts are explored to situate this matter to conclude in the point where the father’s place constitutes itself as an structural ordainer that contributes to shape the subject’s Destiny.

SUMMARY
El pensamiento freudiano contiene una noción no explorada sobre el Destino en la que convergen una diversidad de problemas relativos al límite de la cura en psicoanálisis. Para Freud, algo escapa al alcance del análisis limitando las posibilidades terapéuticas. La noción de Destino tiene en la filosofía dos versiones, una versión causal, determinista; y otra versión casual en la que ingresa lo accidental y lo imprevisto. La concepción freudiana del síntoma incluye a ambas porque para el autor los dos factores son ubicuos. Las hipótesis sobre el Destino del síntoma son parte del antiguo problema hallado por Freud acerca del Destino de la cura. En el último trayecto de su práctica el autor demuestra que el factor temporal toma la delantera en cuanto a las fronteras del análisis. Tres textos capitales son explorados para ubicar esa cuestión, para concluir en el punto donde el lugar del padre se constituye como un ordenador estructural que contribuye a formar el Destino del sujeto.
