RESUMEN


Palabras clave: In his doctoral thesis of 1932, Lacan establishies some nosological distinctions among the group of the paranoiac psychoses which allow him to isolate a new clinic variety that he calls selfpunishment paranoia, differing from the vindication delirium and making a linkage with the interpretation delirium. One of the semiotician elements which is used to justify that distinction is the crime, given the particularities that adopts in each case. In doing so, he introduces the problem of criminality of some clinic forms of paranoia, which is understood as a homicide reaction. In his analysis, the Freudian instance that assumes a significant role is the super-ego. The aim of the present writing is to examine with precision which is the place given by Lacan to that instance in the phenomenon of passage to the agressive act in the psychoses, in his first works. With that purpose, it will be studied in detail the varieties of the passage to the agressive act taken into account in his thesis. That will allow us to isolate its function in the structure. Finally, we propose one lecture of that phenomenon from the three registers: real, symbolic and imaginary.

SUMMARY
En su tesis doctoral de 1932 Lacan establece algunas distinciones nosológicas dentro del grupo de las psicosis paranoicas que le permiten aislar una nueva variedad clínica a la que llama paranoia de autocastigo, diferenciándola del delirio de reivindicación y ligándola al delirio de interpretación. Uno de los elementos semiológicos con que justifica esa distinción es el crimen, por las peculiaridades que adopta en cada caso. Así introduce el problema de la criminalidad de algunas formas clínicas de paranoia, entendida como reacción homicida. En su análisis, la instancia freudiana que asume un papel destacado es el superyó. El objeto del presente trabajo es examinar con precisión cuál es el lugar que Lacan le confiere a este último en los fenómenos de pasaje al acto agresivo en la psicosis, en sus primeros escritos. Para ello, estudiaremos en detalle las variedades de pasaje al acto agresivo con que cuenta en su tesis. Eso nos permitirá aislar su función en la estructura. Por último, proponemos una lectura de ese fenómeno a partir de los tres registros real, simbólico e imaginario.
