RESUMEN


Palabras clave: By presenting a clinic case, this work intends to locate, the logic of cure at the moment when the logic of cure is since the beginning sieged by the passage to the act, (passage à l´acte) and the acting out.By doing so, the analist's action is marked in order to produce the identification cut with the "object plus de jouir" openning in such a way the task to the significant traces of a stopped mourning. This unchains the neurotic´s subjective position regarding the desire of the Other (desir de l’ Autre).

SUMMARY
A partir de la presentación de un caso clínico, se trata de exponer la lógica de la cura, cuando la misma se ve a la entrada signada por el pasaje al acto y el acting- out. Se marca así la acción del analista para producir el corte identificatorio con el objeto plus de gozar, y de tal forma, se abre al trabajo de las marcas significantes de un duelo detenido. Lo cual desencadena la posición subjetiva del neurótico en relación al deseo del Otro.
