La Salud En El Discurso De La Sociedad Civil: El Caso De Una Comunidad Terapéutica

RESUMEN
Este trabajo aborda el campo de saberes y de prácticas sociales que atañen a las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil desde el enfoque del análisis discursivo. Se parte del supuesto según el cual el discurso de la sociedad civil es argumentativo, intenta convencer y persuadir en función de los intereses de los actores que lo pueblan. A partir de consideraciones basadas en la "psicología discursiva" se analizan las formas en que se construye el discurso, centrandose en las determinaciones que este tiene en las prácticas de los sujetos involucrados. El estudio se desarrolla en el Municipio de Eldorado, Misiones. Es una investigación exploratoria-descriptiva de casos. Se presenta el trabajo realizado con uno de las casos seleccionados: una Comunidad Terapéutica. Junto al al marco teórico-metodológico, se plantean los resultados del análisis discursivo realizado, centrado en el estudio de las estrategias retórico-argumentativas implementadas por miembros y usuarios de esta organización.

ABSTRACT
HEALTH IN THE CIVIL SOCIETY DISCOURSE: A THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY CASE STUDY
This study examines the common knowledge and social practices related to Civil Society Organizations from the point of view of the analysis of its discourse. The starting point is the assumption that civil society discourse is argumentative, tries to convince and persuade according to the speakers´ interests. Based on "discourse psychology", the different forms discourse may take are analyzed, focusing on the meaning they have for the subjects involved. The exploratory-descriptive research was carried out at El Dorado Municipality, Misiones, and one of the case studies is presented: that of a Therapeutic community. Together with the theoretical and methodological framework, the results of the analysis of the discourse are presented, focusing on the study of the rhetorical-argumentative strategies used by members and speakers of the organization.
