La sexualidad infantil: el paraiso perdido de Freud

RESUMEN
El artículo se pregunta por los aportes del psicoanálisis freudiano a una historia de las ideas sobre la infancia. Para ello recurrimos a bibliografía crítica de historia del psicoanálisis para demostrar de qué modo Freud construyó su teoría de la sexualidad infantil y cómo la introducción de la sexualidad se constituyó en un eje clásico de polémicas dentro y fuera del campo psicoanalítico. Analizamos también el modo como Freud introduce el complejo de Edipo que le permite por un lado, extender la sexualidad infantil también a los niños sanos y por el otro, ingresar en el campo de los problemas de la historia de la humanidad estableciendo analogías entre el niño y el primitivo, el origen del individuo y el origen de la civilización. Nos proponemos indagar en la asociación -que Freud supone innovadora, entre infancia y sexualidad- los nuevos sentidos que a partir del psicoanálisis quedaron asociadas a la figura del niño en el siglo XX.

ABSTRACT
Childhood sexuality: the lost paradise of Sigmund Freud
This article is about the freudian contribution to history of childhood. We use critical bibliography about history of psychoanalysis to show how Freud has built his child sexuality theory and the way this introduction has been established as a controversy inside and outside the field of psychoanalysis. We also analize how Freud presented the Edipo complex to ilustrate the extension of the childhood sexuality to the normal children and by the other hand to advance in the field of the history of humanity by establishing analogies between the child and the primitive, the origin of the person and the origin of civilization. We examine critically the association presented by Freud in which he connected childhood and sexuality to examine the new senses articulated to the figure of the child in the twentieth century.
