CUESTIONES DESDE LA EPIDEMIOLOGÍA CRÍTICA: TRABAJO Y SALUD

RESUMEN
El propósito de este reporte es el de presentar algunas cuestiones epidemiológicas relacionadas con las condiciones de producción de los actos de salud en los contextos actuales de hegemonía neoliberal. Los escenarios en donde se ha desarrollado nuestra actividad investigativa son las instituciones públicas del primer y segundo nivel de atención de salud de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires y el conurbano bonaerense. Desde una hermenéutica del discurso y de las prácticas, analizamos los atravesamientos macro y micro politicos y las implicancias en las instituciones, en los colectivos de trabajo y en las subjetividades. La fragmentación de la dolencia, entre el sujeto y el contexto constituyen defensas encubridoras para enfrentar los efectos de la inequidad y del declive de los sistemas de protección social. La vulnerabilidad de los trabajadores de la salud, a nivel corporal y/o psíquico plantea un desafío para las políticas de salud.

ABSTRACT
ISSUES FROM EPIDEMIOLOGY: WORK AND HEALTH
The purpose of this paper is to put forward some epidemiology issues related to the production of conditions of health acts in the actual contexts of the neo-liberalism hegemony. The places where our research activity took place are the public spaces of first and second levels of Buenos Aires City and suburbs health service. From the hermeneutics of the discourse and practice, we have analyzed from macro politics to micro politics and the implications in institutions, in the work teams and subjectivity. The fragmentation of the ailment between subject and context, are becoming harboring defense to face the effects of inequity and fell of social security systems. The psychic and/or physic vulnerability of health workers represents real challenge for health politics.
