TRASTORNOS DE ANGUSTIA Y ANSIEDAD EN MOMENTOS CRITICOS DEL NACIMIENTO: ESTUDIO COMPARATIVO DE DOS MODELOS DE ENTREVISTAS.

RESUMEN
El objetivo del trabajo es presentar los resultados de la tarea de investigación y asistencia que realizó un equipo de psicología perinatal entre 1996 y 1999 ante la angustia y ansiedad que desencadena en la madre la internación prolongada de su bebé o la propia despues del nacimiento. Se detectaron:sucesos significativos,problemas físicos y/o psicológicos y conflictos infantiles que emergen detrás de los trastornos de angustia y ansiedad . Se administró un modelo de entrevista psicológica con diseño optico y se realizó el estudio comparativo con un modelo de entrevista "clasica " El trabajo permitió analizar y sistematizar 1264 entrevistas psicologicas administradas a madres e incorporar a las historias clínicas neonatales un protocolo que detecte factores psicológicos. La investigación coomprobó que los sucesos significativos para la madre se centran principalmente en: muertes,problemas de pareja, problemas actuales y problemas sociales. Ello implica el reconocimiento de la dimensión psicológica en ámbitos tan influídos por el "saber" médico ,y el desarrollo de la Psicología perinatal.

ABSTRACT
ANXIETY DISORDERS IN CRITICAL MOMENT AT BIRTH: DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTERVIEW MODEL AND INTERVENTION STYLE IN THE PERINATAL FIELD

The goal of this work is to present the results of the research and care task performed by a perinatal Psychology team betwen 1996 and 1999 in the face of the anxiety that the long hospital stay of the baby oi the mother after birth to crises in the mother. Meaningful events, psysical and/ or psychological problems and children conflicts that emerge behind the anxiety disorders were detected. The goal of this work is to present the results of the research and care task performed by a perinatal Psychology team betwen 1996 and 1999 in the face of the anxiety that the long hospital stay of the baby oi the mother after birth to crises in the mother. Meaningful events, psysical and/ or psychological problems and children conflicts that emerge behind the anxiety disorders were detected. A model of psychological interview with an optical design was administired and a comparative study with a “ clasical” interview model was carried mit. The work alowed to analyse and systematize 1264 interviews administered to mothers and to include a protocol that detects psychological factors in the neonatal clinical record. The research proved that the meaningful events for the mother and mainly centered in: deaths, couple problems, present problems and social problems. This implies the acknowledgements of the psychological dimension in settings which are so much influenced by the medical “ knowledge”, and the development of the perinatal psychology.
