LA COOPERATIVA CHILAVERT. EFECTOS SUBJETIVOS E INCIDENCIA EN LA VIDA FAMILIAR DE SUS PROTAGONISTAS

RESUMEN
Dado el colapso del aparato productivo, las medidas de flexibilización laboral y la crisis económica y política durante los últimos tiempos en nuestro país, la defensa de la fuente de trabajo se torna primordial ante la amenaza de exclusión. El presente artículo es una síntesis de una indagación elaborada como resultado de una pasantía de trabajo de 50 horas, desarrollada en el marco del Proyecto UBACyT P615, cuyo título es "La apropiación de la fuente de trabajo". Se estudió el caso de la Cooperativa Chilavert Artes Gráficas, ubicada en el barrio de Pompeya, recuperada por sus obreros durante el año 2002. Se intentó revelar las características subjetivas que presenta la experiencia de recuperar una empresa y las consecuencias que esta experiencia tiene en las familias y vidas privadas de sus protagonistas.

ABSTRACT
THE CHILAVERT COOPERATIVE. EFFECTS ON SUBJECTIVITY AND CONSEQUENCES IN IT´S WORKERS´ LIVES AND FAMILIES
Since the collapse of production, the flexibilization laws for the labour market and the economic and politic crisis installed in our country for the last years, the defence of work has become very important to resist undergoing exclusion. This article is an outline of an investigation report, resulting of 50 hours of traineeship, carried on under the UBACyT Project titled "Workers as owners of their companies" (P615). This investigation studied the experience of the Chilavert Cooperative (Cooperativa Chilavert Artes Gráficas) sited in Pompeya (Buenos Aires) and recuperated by it's workers during year 2002. The intention was to reveal the subjective characteristics displayed by the workers since the recuperation of their work and company and about the effect on their way of living and on their families.
