Este artículo presenta una descripción acerca de un proyecto de investigación en curso en el que se abordan, desde el punto de visto psicosocial y psicopolítico, los procesos de con stitución de bienes de utilidad social, es decir el surgimiento de las empresas recuperadas por sus trabajadores y trabajadoras en nuestro país.
El proceso de apropiación de la fuente de trabajo es incluido habitualmente en la categoría de nuevo movimiento social, tanto en el ámbito académico como en algunos medios de comunicación de masas. en este artículo se discute la pertinencia de esta teoría de la Psicóloga Social para dar cuenta del fenómeno estudiado. Para tal fin se comparan definiciones teóricas con el material discursivo obtenido en entrevistas participativas con trabajadores y trabajadoras de dos empresas gráficas recuperadas en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Se plantea la relevancia de con textualizar aspectos de esta teoría en función de las características que el grupo estudiado, así como otros semejantes, adquieren a en Argentina.  Se trata de luchas que parten del movimiento obrero y que adquieren formas novedosas en la medida en que la actual etapa política plantea problemas también novedosos e inabordables a partir de las luchas clásicas.

This article presents a description of a research project still in progress. in this paper we focus the psychosocial y psychopolitical vision regarding the way in which social assets are con stituted. This is the emergent phenomena in our country of the enterprises recovered by their workers.
This process is normally included under the category of new social movement, not only in the academic area but also in some mass media. in this article we discuss the pertinence of this theory of the Social Psychology to study the mentioned phenomena. To do this we con trast theoretical definitions and the discursive material obtained in participative interviews with the workers of two recovered enterprises belonging to the graphic industry in the city of Buenos Aires.
We focus in the relevance of con textualize the different aspects of this theory according the characteristics taken by the group under study as well as similar others in Argentina. This implies the acquisition of newly ways of struggle by the workers movement, being also the current political stage a source of newly  problems which are unapproachable by the classical struggle.
