Este trabajo intenta demostrar las dos modulaciones del yo y su fundamento pulsional en Freud. Una cuya marca de origen es el ello localizado como núcleo del yo, alterado en su interior por los mecanismos de defensa, alteración al servicio de la impotencia que con su mascarada defensiva encubre la castración estructural. La otra es la alteración terapéutica del yo; que conduce a la cancelación de alteraciones ya existentes por obra del proceso defensivo.

Los propósitos en la cura, según la fórmula freudiana: “fortalecer el yo para hacerlo más independiente del super yo y ganarle nuevas partes al ello apropiándose”; se trataría de esta segunda modulación, donde lo independiente no responde a una categoría kantiana ni a un poder de dominio yoico

Donde ello era, el yo desgarrado, escindido, debe devenir un saber hacer ganándole tierra fértil al mar - mal; siempre con un resto irreductible.

The aim of this essay is to demonstrate the two modulations of the Ego and its Freud’s pulsional fundament. It landmark is the Id located as core of the Ego, altered by two defense mechanisms one of which covers the structural castration with its mask. The second one is the therapeutic alteration of the Ego which takes to the cancellation

of alterations that exist already by the defensive process.

The propose of the cure, according to Freud, is to strength the Ego so it is not depending on the Super Ego and take more elements from the Id making them it owns. It is about the second modulation where it does not response to any of Kant’s categories neither to any power of the Ego.
