Cine y psicoterapia: la complejidad ético-clínica a través de la lectura analítica de filmes.

RESUMEN
El cine despliega las grandes problemáticas psicológicas y éticas de la existencia humana a la manera de un moderno teatro griego, es decir, recuperando cierta puesta en escena de la dimensión trágica presente en toda situación disyuntiva.
En el presente artículo analizaremos su potencia metodológica a través de un doble escenario. Por un lado, un recorrido por aquellos films que han presentado terapeutas en escena: por otro, abordando cuestiones ético-clínicas de alta complejidad en relación al diagnóstico mediante tres recortes: en el film Lars and the real girl, donde los diagnósticos psicopatológicos tomados desde su vertiente moral deben ser apartados para poder dar un sentido al síntoma; en La teta asustada, a través de la imposibilidad del médico de incluir la dimensión histórico-social presente en la compleja relación del síntoma con la memoria colectiva; y por último, en relación al film Wit, en la necesidad de incluir la palabra en el tratamiento médico de una enfermedad terminal.

ABSTRACT
Films and psychotherapy: ethical and clinical complexity through analytical reading of films.
The film displays the psychological and ethical problems of human existence in the manner of a modern Greek theater, recovering some staging of the tragic dimension present in every ethical dilemma.
In this paper we examine the methodological power through a tour of those films that have submitted therapists on stage, and we analyze ethical issues of high complexity clinical diagnosis in connection with three vignettes: the film Lars and the real girl, where psychopathological diagnoses taken from its moral dimension must be removed to give meaning to the symptom, in La teta asustada, through the doctor\'s inability to include the socio-historical dimension present in the complex relationship of the symptom with the collective memory; and finally, in relation to the film Wit, on the need to include the word in the medical treatment of a terminal illness.
