Discursos institucionales y discurso analítico: reflexiones acerca de posibles dilemas éticos del psicoanalista en dispositivos públicos de salud.

RESUMEN
Este artículo analiza el entrecruzamiento del discurso analítico con los discursos institucionales de los dispositivos públicos de salud y los posibles dilemas éticos que enfrenta el psicoanalista practicante en tales contextos. El objetivo es indagar los discursos institucionales en su aspecto general, ligados a los campos de la salud pública y los Derechos Humanos, así como situar las coordenadas de la ética del psicoanálisis y de la función deseo del analista, conceptualizado por Jacques Lacan, mediante el análisis de una revisión bibliográfica y el material aportado por entrevistas a informantes clave. Nuestro supuesto reside en que el cruce entre el Psicoanálisis y estos discursos genera situaciones dilemáticas para los psicoanalistas, tanto en términos de decisiones clínicas como en virtud de ser convocados como agentes de salud, miembros representantes del Estado. Consecuentemente, situaremos algunas reflexiones a partir del entrecruzamiento de estas lógicas singular y general.

ABSTRACT
Institucional discourses and analytical discourse: reflections about possible ethical dilemmas for the psychoanalysts working at public health services.
This article analyses the interbreeding of the analytic discourse with the institutional discourses from the public health services and the potential ethical dilemmas for the psychoanalysts who work in such contexts, from the ethics of psychoanalysis perspective. The objective is to inquire into the institutional discourses in their general aspect, linked to the public health and the human rights fields, as well as to explore the ethics of psychoanalysis from the “analyst’s desire” conceptualized by Jacques Lacan, through a bibliographic review and the material collected from interviews made to analysts. Our hypothesis is that the intersection between psychoanalysis and these speeches generates dilemmas for the psychoanalysts, in terms of clinical decisions and because of the fact that they are considered “health agents” and representatives of the State. Consequently, we will establish some considerations based on the intercrossing of these singular and general logics.
