Violencia familiar y de género: Intervenciones transdisciplinarias.

RESUMEN
El presente artículo, surge del avance del proyecto de Informe Final correspondiente a la Investigación denominada "Síndrome de Burnout en profesionales de distintas disciplinas que se desempeñan en instituciones que asisten a víctimas de violencia familiar" del Programa PROINPSI. Dicha investigación ha abierto líneas de investigación secundarias, relacionadas a los modelos de análisis y abordaje con los que cuentan los recursos humanos que trabajan en la problemática de la violencia familiar y de género al momento de la intervención efectiva en la realidad. Un tema fundamental de preocupación social es el aumento de hechos violentos que alteran la convivencia y paz social. Así, el aumento de delitos que incluyen la violencia de género, y la adecuación de la legislación vigente a tal circunstancia, ha impuesto fácticamente la necesidad de brindar una sólida formación académica al respecto. Por ello, entendemos, es primordial la actualización sobre los conceptos y manifestaciones de violencias.

ABSTRACT
Family and gender violence: Transdisciplinary interventions.
This article arises from the progress of the draft Final Report corresponding to the Research called "Burnout Syndrome in professionals from different disciplines who work in institutions that assist victims of family violence" of the PROINPSI Program. This research has opened secondary lines of research related to the analysis and approach models used by the human resources that work on the problem of family and gender violence at the moment of effective intervention in reality. A fundamental issue of social concern is the increase of violent acts that alter the coexistence and social peace. Thus, the increase in crimes that include gender-based violence, and the adaptation of existing legislation to such a circumstance, has effectively imposed the need to provide a solid academic training in this regard. Therefore, we understand, it is primordial the update on the concepts and manifestations of violence.
