Derecho a la Identidad: El impacto ante el anoticiamiento de la filiación falsificada. Cuestiones ético- psicológicas.

RESUMEN
Exponemos algunas líneas de trabajo del proyecto PROINPSI 2017-2019 Derecho a la Identidad: testimonios de nietos apropiados y restituidos ante el anoticiamiento de su filiación falsificada. Cuestiones ético-psicológicas, con el objeto de abordar el impacto en los nietos restituidos al enterarse que su filiación es falsificada y no son quienes creían ser. Presentamos parte del trabajo de revisión bibliográfica realizado, con el fin de avanzar en la precisión del estatuto de las marcas que el apropiador transmite al apropiado y las condiciones de estructuración de un sujeto en ese contexto. A través de diversas fuentes: comunicaciones producidas en su presentación oficial (Conferencia de Prensa de las Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo), declaraciones en las sentencias judiciales, entrevistas periodísticas y radiales y el único caso clínico publicado, desplegaremos parte de la problemática singular de la identidad durante el período de la apropiación y en el momento de la eventual restitución.

ABSTRACT
Right to Identity: The impact on subjectivity produced by the acknowledgment of the falsified filiation. Ethical and psychological issues.
The present document exposes some lines of work of the PROINPSI project 2017-2019, entitled: “Testimonies of appropriated and restored grandsons considering the acknowledgment of their falsified filiation. Ethical and psychological issues”, in order to address the subjective impact on the grandchildren who have been returned to their families, of knowing that their filiation was false and they are not who they thought they were. We present an advance of our bibliographic review work, referred to define the statute of the marks that the appropriator transmits to the appropriate one, and the subjective conditions of a child in that context. Thus, through several sources, namely: communications produced in their official presentation (Press Conference at the House of the Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo), statements in court rulings, some journalistic and radio interviews, and a clinical case published, we investigate the issue of identity in illegally appropriated children, both in that period of their lives and at the time of eventual restitution.
