RESUMEN
Esta investigación surge luego de interrogarnos sobre el alcance y efectividad de los dispositivos para el tratamiento de consumo problemático, a partir de advertir desde el Servicio de Psicología del Sistema de Emergencias 911 de Salta, el ingreso recurrente de los mismos sujetos bajo el efecto de alguna sustancia. Nos propusimos entonces conocer algunos dispositivos de Salta en cuanto a criterios de admisión, desarrollo del tratamiento, alta terapéutica y reinserción social y por otro lado entrevistar a pacientes a fin de identificar que factores de su experiencia por estas instituciones tuvieron consecuencias en sus tratamientos. Quedo demostrado que en la adolescencia iniciaron el consumo, y los desencadenantes comunes fueron la soledad y el desamparo. Todos alcanzaron regular el consumo con invenciones singulares, parejas, maternidad, arte, trabajo, recuperando el pasaje por el campo del Otro, reconociendo el valor del encuadre institucional, las normas, el grupo y el encuentro con un analista.

ABSTRACT
Treatment programs for addictions and possible subjective solutions.
This investigation arises after questioning us about the scope and effectiveness of the devices for the treatment of problematic consumption, from warning from the Psychology Service of the Emergency System 911 of Salta, the recurrent income of the same subjects under the effect of some substance. We then proposed to know the devices in terms of admission criteria, treatment development, therapeutic discharge and social reintegration, and on the other hand, to interview patients in order to identify what factors of their experience for these institutions had consequences in their treatments. It was shown that in adolescence they started the consumption, and the triggers loneliness and helplessness were common. All managed to regulate consumption with unique inventions, couples, maternity, art, work, recovering the passage through the field of the Other, recognizing the value of the institutional framework, the norms, the group and the encounter with an analyst.
