RESUMEN
En este artículo, se pretende indagar la subjetividad de los trabajadores del Programa de Atención Primaria de la Salud (APS) de Eldorado, Pcia. de Misiones, en el marco de la Reforma del Sector Salud en Argentina, iniciada a principios de los años noventa. Se lleva a cabo un recorrido a través de la historia del Programa de APS de para contextualizar dicha reforma.
Con el objetivo de rastrear la vivencia subjetiva en el trabajo, se realizaron entrevistas en profundidad orientadas hacia la historia de vida laboral que retoman y amplían resultados obtenidos previamente
Algunas de las conclusiones que aquí se presentan están en relación con el abandono de los objetivos iniciales del Programa, la modificación del contenido y el significado del trabajo y la honda transformación de los vínculos institucionales.

ABSTRACT
This paper aims at inquiring into the subjectivity of the workers who belong to the APS Programme of Eldorado, Misiones within the context of the Reform in the Health Sector carried out in Argentina since the beginning of the 1990 decade. The history of the APS Programme of Eldorado is briefly reviewed as a description of the reform's background.
In - depth interviews were carried out specifically focusing on the working history. In the analysis of the respective items, the main objective was to trace the subjective experience of these workers. Results from these take into account and broaden previous findings.
Some of the conclusions that appear here, include the abandonment of initial aims, a change in the contents of the programme and the work process, and a deep transformation of institutional links
