Consistency of the imaginary in psychoses

RESUMEN


Palabras clave: What would be the criteria to able to identify within the study of psychoses what has functioned as a stabilizer? How can we determine if we are faced with a simple suppression of the symptoms by inhibition-at the cost of the loss of desire that this implies for the subject, or with a pacifying effect by the knotting of enjoyment (jouissance)? In the field of psychoses we are confronted with a subject who has suffered a fundamental change in their relation to enjoyment. It can be seen that the foreclusion (forclusion) of the signifier of the name-of-the-father renders inoperative the possibility of extraction of the -object , revealing either the structural unknotting of the field of the Imaginary, or the cohesion of the latter with the other two registers of the Symbolic and the Real. Before the disenchantment (déclenchement) of said illness, the subject must confront the lost of ex-sistence, and the consistency, revealing the false knotting which could have operated within the constitution of the structure. Lacan conceives consistency as a structural fact that is reached by knotting, that is to say that there must by a hole, a cord that runs through it capable of creating consistency for an ex-sistence. In the current field of the Lacanian clinic of psychoses we are compiling a series of questions which would promote the “hierarchy-free” study of R-S-I registers and the corresponding function of each one in symptomatic knotting.

SUMMARY
¿Cuáles serían los criterios para poder precisar en la clínica de las psicosis qué ha operado como efecto estabilizador? ¿Cómo poder determinar si nos encontramos ante una simple supresión de los síntomas por inhibición -con el precio de la pérdida del deseo que eso para el sujeto implica o, ante un efecto pacificador por anudamiento del goce? En el campo de las psicosis nos vemos confrontados con un sujeto que ha sufrido la alteración fundamental de la relación al goce. Queda al descubierto cómo, la forclusión del significante del Nombre-del-Padre deja inoperante la posibilidad de extracción del objeto a, revelándose o el desanudamiento estructural del campo Imaginario, o el pegoteo de este último con los otros dos registros de lo Simbólico y lo Real. Ante el desencadenamiento de la enfermedad propiamente dicha, el sujeto debe confrontarse a la pérdida de la ex-sistencia, y de la con-sistencia, revelando los falsos anudamientos que podrían haber operado en la constitución de la estructura. Lacan concibe la consistencia como un hecho de estructura que se alcanza por un anudamiento, es decir que debe haber un agujero, una cuerda que pase por allí capaz de hacer con-sistir una ex –sistencia. En el campo de la clínica lacaniana actual de las psicosis, recopilamos una serie de interrogantes que estarían promoviendo el estudio “sin jerarquización” de los registros Real, Simbólico e Imaginario y la función correspondiente a cada uno en el anudamiento sintomático.
