Estructura de la histeria y variedades sintomáticas.
Hysteric structure and the variability of the symptoms.

RESUMEN
Palabras clave: The paper analyses the conceptual displacement of the notion “clinical type” in Psychoanalysis from the reference to hysteric structure, so as Lacan affirms in “Introduction á l´Édition allemande d´un premier volume des Ecrits” (1973). Next, we consider the variability of the formal enveloppe of the hysterical symptom, according its dependence of the cultural Other in which it is inscribed and uses as an adress. It is remarqued: 1.- the especific torsion by which Lacan extends the symptom´s fonction to the subject existence; 2.- later, how he arrives to formalize as “discours” the hysterical social relation, from the fondamental importance given to “the identification to the lack taken as an object.” We propose the study of the consequences of these displacements in the rapports between the type unicity, the variability of the symptoms, and the singularity of the case from the specific sense can be reached. Finally, we present two clinical exemples.

El trabajo analiza el desplazamiento conceptual que ha producido del concepto de “tipo clínico” en psicoanálisis a partir de la referencia a la estructura de la histeria, tal como Lacan lo sostiene en la “Introduction a l´Édition allemande d´un premier volume des Écrits” (1973). Considerando la variabilidad que afecta la envoltura formal del síntoma histérico, condicionada por su dependencia del Otro cultural en el que se inscribe y le sirve de dirección, abordamos: 1. Torsión específica por la que Lacan extiende la función del síntoma a la conducta y a la existencia del sujeto. 2. Será más tarde que llega a formalizar como “discurso” el lazo social que caracteriza a la histeria a partir del papel fundamental que desempeña en él la identificación con “la falta tomada como objeto”. Nos proponemos en segundo lugar estudiar las consecuencias de estos desplazamientos en las relaciones que se plantean entre la unicidad del tipo y la variedad de los síntomas, así como en la singularidad del sentido que hace de cada caso un caso único. Se presentan por último dos ejemplos clínicos ilustrativos de esta problemática.
