La presente investigación de beca estímulo UBACyT se enmarcará en el proyecto "Centros y periferias: circulación, recepción y transformación de saberes de la psicología, psiquiatría y psicoanálisis en la Argentina (1900-1990)? que investiga la circulación transnacional de saberes psicológicos, psiquiátricos y psicoanalíticos a partir de las categorías de ?centro? y ?periferia? para dar cuenta de las asimetrías en los procesos de lectura, apropiación y uso de saberes en la Argentina durante el siglo XX.La revista argentina Stadium, especializada en Educación Física, Deporte y Ciencias Aplicadas, se publica desde 1966 y ya en sus primeros números cuenta con artículos sobre psicología del deporte de autores de distintas latitudes. Esta investigación indagará la circulación transnacional de saberes de psicología del deporte provenientes de Europa y América, y su inscripción en Argentina durante el período de 1966 hasta 1983 desde la publicación periódica Stadium. Para ello, se utilizarán enfoques de la historia intelectual, historia de las ciencias y estudios de recepción, entre otros.La investigación busca contribuir a la historia de la psicología del deporte en Argentina, y al estudio de la circulación de saberes psicológicos y de la psicología del deporte entre Europa, América y Argentina como objetivo de mayor alcance.

THE SPORT PSYCHOLOGY IN ARGENTINA FROM STADIUM. CIRCULATION OF KNOWLEDGE FROM EUROPE AND AMERICA (1966-1983).

The present investigation of UBACyT incentive scholarship will be framed in the project "Centers and peripheries: circulation, reception and transformation of knowledge of psychology, psychiatry and psychoanalysis in Argentina (1900-1990)" that investigates the transnational circulation of psychological, psychiatric and psychoanalytic knowledges from the categories "center" and "periphery" to account for the asymmetries in the processes of reading, appropriation and use of knowledge in Argentina during the twentieth century.The argentine magazine Stadium, specializing in Physical Education, Sports and Applied Sciences, has been published since 1966 and already in its first issues has articles on sport psychology by authors from different latitudes. This research will investigate the transnational circulation sport psychology knowledges from Europe and America, and its reception in Argentina during the period from 1966 to 1983 since the periodic publication Stadium. To this end, approaches to intellectual history, history of science and reception studies, among others, will be used.The research seeks to contribute to the history of sport psychology in Argentina, and to the study of circulation of psychological and sport psychology knowledges between Europe, America and Argentina as a longer range goal.
