Puberty as a privileged moment for the irruption of the Psychosomatic Phenomenon.
Palabras Clave en Inglés:1) Psychosomatic 2) Puberty 3) Father's Function
Resumen del tema en inglés: Within the frame of this project directed
by Dr. Liliana Szapiro (Project UBACyT 20020190100257BA), we hold that those
patients who suffer from FPS experience a serious flaw of the paternal function
which is articulates with the emergence of a deregulated jouissance. The Father?s
Name, the main signifier, has been affirmed but it works without success in
the symbolic dimension. Research shows that due to this failure, the ability
to symbolize vital events in the subject's life fails, and they erupt as traumatic.
Also due to the failure of the paternal function, a phantom?s failure is verified
to give a framework to the jouissance, so this interrupts without mediation
in the body. In this Work Plan, we intend to deepen the issue of the triggering
of the FPS, thinking puberty as a privileged moment for it, as this implies
the confrontation with the lack in the other and the call to make use of the
Father?s Name. We consider that this moment is privileged because, as I said
before, by failing to operate the Father?s Name in the symbolic, it makes it
difficult to respond to this call. It is lived as traumatic and as the subject
cannot respond with its phantom, the triggering for the Psychosomatic Phenomenon
occurs, which we will name it as FPS throughout this text.
