RESUMEN
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el relevamiento y la articulación bibliográfica de nociones fundamentales que sitúan a la práctica objetal como un artificio posible en el autotratamiento de lo real dentro del campo de la psicosis. Nos referimos al objeto arte como soporte privilegiado en el ciframiento goce bajo el producto de una letra plástica, literaria, musical o corporal. Es a partir del recorrido clínico en el servicio de Emergencias I del Hospital J. T. Borda, y conforme a la reforma del modelo asilar, que surge el interrogante sobre las posibilidades de orientar el goce con maniobras transferenciales que tengan incidencia causal a través de la oferta de esta práctica. Ello supone, pensar la producción del sujeto con fines diagnósticos, terapéuticos y pronósticos, sobre todo, en pacientes psicóticos refractarios al tratamiento psicofarmacológico convencional. Se parte de un marco teórico psicoanalítico de orientación lacaniana con pie en la clínica nodal, utilizándose metodología cualitativa de carácter descriptiva y relacional.

SUMMARY
The objective of this work is the survey and bibliographic articulation of fundamental notions that place object practice as a possible artifice in the self-treatment of the real within the field of psychosis. We refer to the art object as a privileged support in encrypting enjoyment under the product of a plastic, literary, musical or corporal letter. It is from the clinical journey in the Emergency Service I of the J. T. Borda Hospital, and in accordance with the reform of the asylum model, that the question arises about the possibilities of guiding enjoyment with transference maneuvers that have a causal incidence through the offer of this practice. This means thinking about the production of the subject for diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic purposes, especially in psychotic patients refractory to conventional psychopharmacological treatment. It is based on a psychoanalytic theoretical framework with a Lacanian orientation based on the nodal clinic, using qualitative methodology of a descriptive and relational nature.
