ABSTRACT
This paper reviews a qualitative study of a single case that allows us to explore the psychic causality of risk behaviors in an adolescent both from a legal point of view (in relation to the violation of criminal law) and from a health point of view (consumption problem of psychoactive substances).
It In this way, he articulates psychic causality to various dimensions linked to the desire of the Other, the havoc and abandonment and raises the importance of the transference scene as an operator.
Risky behavior is closely linked to psychic causality understood in the aforementioned terms, a fact that leads to reviewing the socio-community criterion as exclusive along with its concomitant socio-educational approach strategy, trying to narrow the limit of the latter in its effectiveness.
