RESUMEN


Palabras clave: In the present work, some formulations about the analytical neutrality found in the work of Freud and Lacan, are reviewed in order to establish their function within the theoretical developments and practical problems at the different moments from their lessons. In the work of Freud, the analytical neutrality appears as a result of his clinical experience related to the transference and the interpretation. In the work of Lacan, the analytical neutrality is a way to avoid moving the analytical experience towards an imaginary confrontation. Its also one of the reasons that lead him to review about the main questions: who’s analyst? and what’s an analyst?. This main questions lead in the analyst desire concept and in the idea of psychoanalysis as a practice that implies the treatment of the real thing by the symbolic thing. From these questions, Lacan develops the concept of Desire of the Analyst, which makes to the psychoanalysis a treatment of the real thing through the symbolic thing.

SUMMARY
El propósito del siguiente trabajo es examinar las formulaciones acerca de la neutralidad analítica en Freud y en Lacan, para intentar cernir su función de acuerdo a los desarrollos teóricos y problemas prácticos planteados en los diferentes momentos de sus enseñanzas. Para Freíd, la neutralidad analítica es fundamental para la invención del psicoanálisis. Para Lacan, no sólo es el medio de evitar que la situación analítica sea llevada a la confrontación imaginaria; es también una de las razones que lo conducen a interrogar acerca de ¿quién analiza? y ¿qué es un analista?, cuestiones que desembocan en la invención del deseo del analista, como así también en la conceptualización del psicoanálisis como una práctica que implica el tratamiento de lo real por lo simbólico.
