NUEVOS AVANCES EN EL ESTUDIO DE LA SUBJETIVIDAD DEL ANALISTA DURANTE LA SESIÓN CON EL ALGORITMO DAVID LIBERMAN (ADL)
SOBRE LA CONTRATRANSFERENCIA, LA COMPLEMENTARIEDAD ESTILÍSTICA Y LOS ÁRBOLES DE DECISIONES CLÍNICAS
Este trabajo continúa una línea de investigación centrada en la subjetividad del terapeuta a través del estudio de su discurso en la sesión. Este estudio requiere tomar en cuenta también el discurso del paciente. En trabajos previos investigamos (Maldavsky, Buceta, de Durán, Cantis, García Grijera, 2006) cuatro primeras sesiones de un mismo terapeuta (terapeuta A) con diferentes pacientes. Respecto del terapeuta estudiamos su árbol de decisiones clínicas, su contratransferencia y la complementariedad de su estilo con el del paciente. Llegamos entonces a ciertas conclusiones que consideramos triplemente provisorias: 1) porque solo enfocamos a un único terapeuta, 2) porque solo tomamos en cuenta una primera sesión, 3) porque solo se consideraban determinados casos, mientras que otros (pacientes esquizoides esquizofrénicos, adicciones graves, neurosis obsesivas, etc.) no formaban parte de la muestra. Con un segundo grupo (Maldavsky, Aguirre, García, Iusim, Rodríguez Calo, 2006) estudiamos una primera sesión de otro terapeuta (terapeuta B) que nos permitió realizar nuevos avances respecto de las conclusiones precedentes. En esta oportunidad pretendemos estudiar una primera sesión de otro terapeuta (terapeuta C). Los interrogantes generales son los mismos, y también lo es el método empleado, el algoritmo David Liberman (ADL). Tras la síntesis del caso, describiremos brevemente el ADL para luego aplicarlo al análisis de la sesión, incluyendo el discurso de paciente y terapeuta. Después compararemos este análisis con los resultados de estudios previos y expondremos nuestras conclusiones.

Abstract:
NEW ADVANCES IN THE RESEARCH ON THE THERAPIST’S SUBJECTIVITY DURING THE SESSION USING THE DAVID LIBERMAN ALGORITHM (DLA)
ON THE COUNTER-TRANSFERENCE, STYLISTIC COMPLEMENTARITIES AND THE TREES OF CLINICAL DECISIONS
This paper continues a research program on the therapist’s subjectivity through the study his/her discourse during the session. In previous papers we research (Maldavsky, Buceta, de Durán, Cantis, García Grijera, 2006) four first session of the same therapist (Therapist A) with different patients. Concerning the therapist, we studied his tree of clinical decisions, his countertransference and the complementarity between his style and the patient’s one. We found some conclusions that can be considered triply provisory: 1) because we only focused on one therapist, 2) because we just considered a first session, 3) because we only studied certain cases, while others (schizoid or schizophrenic patients, severe addictions, obsessive neuroses, etc.) were not part of the sample. With a second group (Maldavsky, Aguirre, García, Iusim, Rodríguez Calo, 2006) we studied a first session of another therapist (Therapist B) that allowed us to improve our precedent conclusions. In the present paper we want to study a first session of another therapist (Therapist C). The general questions are the same, and also the method, David Liberman algorithm (DLA). First we show the case and briefly describe the DLA, and thereafter we apply it to the analysis of the session, including patient’s and therapist’s discourses. Finally we compare this analysis with the previous study and expose our conclusions.
