Resumen:
LA ENDEBLE REPRESENTACIÓN DEL SÍ MISMO. TRASTORNO NARCISISTA
En este trabajo se realiza una breve exploración de los principales antecedentes del Trastorno Narcisista, según lo define Héctor Fiorini. Para el abordaje de la tarea se reconocen los cruciales antecedentes de Freud y los aportes de Kohut.
La problemática en el Trastorno Narcisista se encuentra centrada en el sí mismo, hay preocupación constante por definir identidad y estima ante los otros y ante sí mismo. Asimismo se advierten dificultades en la configuración de las imágenes de sí, representación que deviene frágil e inestable. En esta patología el desarrollo del narcisismo no se consolida de manera normal, ni en las etapas esperables, de manera que estas fallas se configuran como faltas en la vida adulta. Para dar cuenta de ello se presenta un caso clínico en el que se articulan los aspectos teóricos y clínicos más relevantes, haciendo especial hincapié en la propuesta teórica y práctica de Fiorini.

Abstract:
THE ENDEBLE REPRESENTATION OF ITSSELF. NARCISISTA UPHEAVAL
In this work a brief exploration of the main antecedents of the Narcisista Upheaval is made, according to defines Héctor Fiorini. For the boarding of the task the crucial antecedents of Freud and the contributions of Kohut are recognized.
The problematic in the Narcisista Upheaval is in the self, there is constant preoccupation to define identity and considers before the others and itself. Also difficulties in the configuration of the images of himself, representation are noticed that happens fragile and unstable. In this pathology the development of the narcissism does not consolidate of normal way, nor in the expectable stages, so that these faults are formed like lack in the adult life. In order to give account of it a clinical case appears in which the theoretical and clinical aspects articulate more excellent making special emphasis in the theoretical and practical proposal of Fiorini.
