Resumen:
En este trabajo se ilustra con respuestas dadas al Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach por niños pacientes, no pacientes y consultantes (que requieren psicoterapia sin haberla aún comenzado), los cambios psíquicos producidos entre la primera y la segunda toma (Test y Retest) transcurridos como mínimo seis meses entre ambas, fundamentalmente en las funciones yoicas básicas (prueba, adaptación y juicio) a través de los signos Rorschach que las evalúan, poniendo el acento especialmente en la primera de ellas, que es la que se ha visto a través de trabajos anteriores, es la más sensible al paso del tiempo.
El objetivo es evaluar las modificaciones cuantitativas, pero por sobre todo cualitativas, que se producen en una pequeña muestra piloto de pacientes, que han recibido psicoterapia predominantemente psicoanalítica, comparándola con las otras dos, a fin de determinar las que provienen de cambios terapéuticos o solamente evolutivos.
Se concluye que, si bien todas las funciones progresan en estas edades transcurrido algún tiempo, en los pacientes las modificaciones son cualitativamente más importantes que en las otras dos muestras, sobre todo en los signos que se relacionan con la prueba de realidad, primera función que se instala desde el punto de vista evolutivo.

Abstract:
THERAPEUTIC AND EVOLUTIVE MODIFICATIONS OF THE REALITY EVIDENCE IN CHILDREN THROUGH RORSCHACH
This work shows, through answers given to Rorschach Psychodiagnosis by patient, non-patients and non-consulting children (requiring psychotherapy but not having yet started it), the psychic changes produced between the first and second taking (individual Test and re-test) with a minimum period of six months between both, mainly in basic ego functions (test, adjustment and judgement) through the Rorschach signs that evaluate them, specially stressing the first one, which is the one seen in previous works, and the most sensitive to time.
The objective is to evaluate not only the quantitative but mainly the qualitative modifications, arising from a pilot test taken to a small sample of patients who have recived psychotherapy-predominantly psychoanalitic- and comparing them with the other two, in order to determine the ones due to therapy or only to evolution.
It is concluded that, even though all functions progress along this age range after some time, patients´s modifications are qualitatively more important than in the other two tests, specially in the signs related to the reality tests, the first function that installs from the evolutive point of view.
