Resumen:
EL USO DEL SERVICIO DE GUARDIA CONSIDERADO COMO VARIABLE DEPENDIENTE DE LOS TRATAMIENTOS AMBULATORIOS DE PSICOTERAPIA INDIVIDUAL, EN MUJERES CON ANTECEDENTES PSIQUIÁTRICOS ATENDIDAS EN LOS CONSULTORIOS EXTERNOS DE UN HOSPITAL DE SALUD MENTAL

En el presente artículo exponemos en forma abreviada los aspectos principales de nuestra investigación “Análisis de las prestaciones ambulatorias de psicoterapia individual en pacientes atendidas en Consultorios Externos del Hospital Moyano de Buenos Aires. Estudio de Cohorte Retrospectivo en lo que atañe al marco referencial, problema de investigación, objetivos y metodología. En lo que respecta a los resultados presentamos, a modo de ejemplo, sólo algunos aspectos gruesos relativos a la distribución de frecuencias de nuestras cohortes y a clasificaciones internas a ellas, inherentes a cortes según edades y grupos diagnósticos. A modo de ejemplo, nos detenemos en el análisis de una variable dependiente, “uso del servicio de Guardia”, específicamente en el grupo de pacientes con antecedentes psiquiátricos. En este ejemplo observamos que el factor “tratamiento psicoterapéutico” se ha mostrado efectivo de acuerdo al tablero de comando de medidas de efecto, en tanto se presenta como factor protector en relación a aquella variable dependiente. Por último, consignamos algunas de las conclusiones a las que hemos arribado al cabo de nuestro trabajo de investigación

Abstract:
THE USE OF THE GUARD SERVICE CONSIDERED AS DEPENDENT VARIABLE OF THE AMBULATORY TREATMENTS OF INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY IN WOMEN WITH PSYCHIATRIC PRECEDENTS ATTENDED AT EXTERNAL OFFICES IN MENTAL HEALTH’S HOSPITAL

In this article we exhibit in brief form the principal aspects of our research \"Analysis of the ambulatory services of individual psychotherapy in patients attended in External Offices, Hospital Moyano, Buenos Aires. Retrospective cohort study” in what concerns the referential frame, problem of investigation research, aims and methodology. Regarding the results we expose, like example, only some aspects relative to the distribution of frequencies of our cohorts and to classifications inherent in cuts according to ages and diagnostic groups. Like example, we detain in the analysis of a dependent variable, \"use of the Guard service\", specifically in the group of patients with psychiatric precedents. In this example we observe that the factor \"psychoterapy\" has showed itself effective in agreement to the board of command of measures of effect, while it appears as protective factor in relation to that dependent variable. Finally, we record some of the conclusions at which we have arrived after our research.
