P822. La Estructura Académica del Sistema Educativo como Canalizadora de la Distribución de Saberes: Un Análisis Histórico desde la Perspectiva de la Política Educacional. Período Fundacional del Sistema Educativo Nacional hasta la Sanción de la Ley Feder

En este proyecto se apunta a reconstruir la evolución histórica de la estructura académica del sistema educativo nacional. Se plantea como hipótesis principal que la evolución de la estructura académica constituye un indicador clave para canalizar la distribución de saberes socialmente significativos en la sociedad. Su evolución daría cuenta de la forma en que el Estado ha organizado la distribución de conocimientos en la población, a través de la definición del rango de obligatoriedad y de circuitos educativos, en cada período histórico para diferentes grupos sociales. El objetivo principal supone estudiar la historia de la evolución de la estructura académica del sistema educativo nacional desde el período funcional (1853 – sanción de la Constitución Nacional) hasta el año 1993, año de sanción de la ley 24.195. Se pretende analizar la evolución de la estructura académica en función de los planes de estudios asociados con dicha estructura académica para caracterizar la política curricular implementada en cada período por las autoridades educativas nacionales y considerando la organización institucional del sistema educativo (distribución de competencias en materia educativa entre la Nación y los estados provinciales) de modo de describir el predominio de alguna de estas instancias en cada uno de los períodos históricos analizados.

This project focuses on the study of historical evolution of the academic structure of the Argentinean educational system. The main hypothesis considers that evolution of academic structure constitutes an indicator of the distribution of significant knowledge in the society. This historical evolution would give insights about the ways in which the Argentinean State has organized the distribution of knowledge across the formal education, through the definition of the obligatory period of schooling and educational tracks, in every historical period, for different social groups. The main research objective supposes to study the history of the evolution of the academic structure of the national educative system from the functional period (taking the year of the National Constitution was passed, 1853) to the year 1993, when the Federal Law for Education was passed by the Parliament. We wold like to analyze the evolution of the academic structure based on the curricula policy, implement by the national educational authorities, that characterizes each historical every period. In this research we will take into account the institutional organization of the educational system to describe the structural distribution of power between the national state and the provincial states.
