La Prueba Gráfica Persona Bajo la Lluvia en la Evaluación de Daño Psíquico.

Resumen:
El presente proyecto tiene como objeto evaluar a través de la prueba gráfica Persona Bajo la Lluvia, el daño psíquico que padecen personas que se encuentran inmersas en procesos judiciales a partir de haber sido vulnerados en sus derechos. Es de resaltar que se trabajara a partir de la intervención psicológico pericial y se evaluaran los indicadores que se evidencien en dicha prueba gráfica correlacionadolos con variables sociodemograficas.Analizar los elementos interpretativos en el Test Persona Bajo la Lluvia (PBLL) que posibiliten evaluar la presencia/ausencia de Daño Psíquico en las evaluaciones psicológicas forenses. Sabemos que la evaluación psicoforense comparte desde el punto de vista metodológico características comunes a toda evaluación psicológica. No obstante, el contexto y la finalidad de la exploración psicológica delimitarán la diferencia entre una evaluación clínica y una evaluación forense. En este entendimiento si bien contamos con una variedad de técnicas proyectivas y psicométricas de probada validez y confiabilidad, existe una limitación de instrumentos elaborados específicamente para su aplicación en el contexto forense. El TPBLL es una técnica proyectiva gráfica en donde la consigna invita al evaluado a proyectar la imagen de sí mismo en condiciones desfavorables, en una situación conflictiva y ver como el mismo se defiende. Es por la particularidad de este Test es que resulta de interés en la evaluación psicoforense la identificación de indicadores de daño psíquico a partir del análisis casos periciales.

The purpose of this project is to evaluate, through the perosnal graphic proof under the rain, the psychic damage suffered by people who are immersed in legal proceedings after having been violated in their rights. It is noteworthy that work will be done from the expert psychological intervention and the indicators that are evidenced in this graphic test correlated with sociodemographic variables will be evaluated.Analyze the interpretative elements in the Test Person in the Rain (PBLL) that make it possible to assess the presence / absence of Psychic Damage in forensic psychological evaluations. We know that the psychophysical evaluation shares, from the methodological point of view, characteristics common to all psychological evaluations. However, the context and purpose of the psychological exploration will delimit the difference between a clinical evaluation and a forensic evaluation. In this understanding, although we have a variety of projective and psychometric techniques of proven validity and reliability, there is a limitation of instruments developed specifically for their application in the forensic context. The TPBLL is a graphic projective technique in which the slogan invites the evaluated to project the image of himself in unfavorable conditions, in a conflictive situation and see how he defends himself. It is because of the particularity of this test that the identification of indicators of psychic damage from the analysis of expert cases is of interest in the psychophoresis evaluation.
