EL DISCURSO DE LA PSICOLOGÍA AL INTERIOR DEL SISTEMA EDUCATIVO ARGENTINO. UN ANÁLISIS HISTÓRICO POLÍTICO SOBRE LA DIRECCIÓN DE PSICOLOGÍA COMUNITARIA Y PEDAGOGÍA SOCIAL DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES.

El 17 de Enero de 1948 la Dirección General de Escuelas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires sanciona el decreto número 1290 que establece la creación de un Instituto de Orientación Profesional. Un año más tarde, tras un nuevo decreto se transformará en la Dirección de Psicología Educacional y Orientación Profesional. De esta manera queda establecida una de las primeras políticas de estado que institucionalizan la actuación del saber de la Psicología en el ámbito educativo nacional.Actualmente denominada Dirección de Psicología Comunitaria y Pedagogía Social coordina los equipos de orientación, un núcleo importante en el devenir cotidiano del ámbito escolar. Allí el discurso de la psicología ejerce un protagonismo significativo sobre el conjunto de los actores y adquiere un carácter específico que en muchos casos se ha naturalizado y se torna difícil de cuestionar.De este modo el presente trabajo busca explorar desde una perspectiva histórico política, las líneas de ruptura y continuidad que han atravesado las prácticas psi en el interior del dispositivo escolar, haciendo particular hincapié en los momentos de pasaje de prácticas intervencionistas de carácter tradicionalmente individualizantes a institucionales situacionales que no sólo resignifican el propio rol sino que transforman el carácter político de la Dirección.

THE DISCOURSE OF PSYCHOLOGY WITHIN THE ARGENTINE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM. A HISTORICAL POLITICAL ANALYSIS ON THE DIRECTION OF COMMUNITY PSYCHOLOGY AND SOCIAL PEDAGOGY OF THE PROVINCE OF BUENOS AIRES.

The 17 of January of 1948 the General Direction of Schools of the Province of Buenos Aires sanctions the decree number 1290 that establishes the creation of an Institute of Professional Orientation. A year later, after a new decree, will be transformed into the Directorate of Educational Psychology and Professional Orientation. In this way one of the first state policies that institutionalize the performance of the knowledge of Psychology in the national educational field is established.Nowadays called Direction of Community Psychology and Social Pedagogy coordinates the orientation teams, an important nucleus in the daily development of the school environment. There the discourse of psychology exerts a significant role on all the actors and acquires a specific character that in many cases has become naturalized and becomes difficult to question.In this way the present work seeks to explore from a political historical perspective the lines of rupture and continuity that have crossed ?psi? practices within the school system, with particular emphasis on the moments of passage from interventionist practices that are traditionally individualizing to institutional Situational processes, that not only re-signify the role itself but also transform the political character of the Direction.
