Resumen:
El presente estudio se enmarca en un proyecto UBACYT (P040)
y recorta el análisis del cumplimiento del derecho
a la salud en una población específica.
El objetivo general es describir y analizar el cumplimiento
del derecho a la salud, en sus dimensiones de promoción,
protección, atención, dignidad y cuidados,
en un grupo de adultos mayores internado en instituciones
asilares estatales dependientes del Gobierno de la Ciudad
Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Para tal fin se desarrolla
una estrategia metodológica cualitativa que incluye
técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas.
Se trata de un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal.
Se trabajará con personas internadas en los centros
residenciales para adultos mayores dependientes del Ministerio
de Desarrollo Social del G.C.A.B.A. Se utilizaran técnicas
de recolección de datos tales como estudio documental
de campo, entrevistas semidirigidas a informantes clave,
encuestas a adultos mayores, observación de situaciones
cotidianas. Las mismas se aplicarán sobre fuentes
primarias y secundarias. Se prevé un análisis
de contenido de la información cualitativa y un
análisis descriptivo del dato de las encuestas
con el fin de dar respuesta al objetivo general.

Promotion and protection of health rights for a group
of senior citizens hospitalized in asylums run by the
Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
The present study will be part of a UBACYT (Secretary
of science and technique) project (P040) and defines the
analysis of the compliance with health rights in a specific
population. The general objective is to describe and analyze
the compliance with to health rights, in its promotion,
protection, attention, dignity and care areas on a group
of senior citizens hospitalized in state asylums run by
the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
(GCABA). A descriptive study of transversal cut will be
the qualitative methodological strategy used, which includes
both qualitative and quantitative techniques. The work
will be done with hospitalized adults in residential centers
for senior citizens run by the Social Development Department
of the GCABA. The data collection techniques include field
document study, semi directed interviews to key reference
figures, surveys to senior citizens, and observation of
daily situation, which will be applied to primary and
secondary sources. A content analysis of the qualitative
information and a descriptive análisys of the survey
data will take place with the aim of finding a response
to the general objective of this research.
