En el campo de la clínica de orientación psicoanalítica es imprescindible contar con instrumentos válidos y confiables que permitan medir las alteraciones de personalidad no sólo como rasgos manifiestos sino también en su estructura subyacente, para que puedan ser utilizados dentro del campo de la salud mental: en una evaluación epidemiológica y dentro de la clínica en la detección de Trastornos de la Personalidad, su diagnóstico y registro de cambios estructurales que ocurren durante el abordaje psicoterapéutico.
Este proyecto forma parte de otro mayor (UBACyT P056), por medio del mismo se realizará en etapas sucesivas la adaptación y validación del Inventario de Organización de la Personalidad (IPO2000, Inventrory of Personality Organization –Clarkin,J.; Foelsch,P.& Kernberg,O.). El IPO2000 es utilizado dentro del Subprograma de Psicología Clínica para Adolescentes, para lo cual se necesita contar con baremos regionales El Inventario será aplicado a una muestra no clínica y se harán estudios de confiabilidad y validez para establecer su estandarización regional. Los resultados servirán para ser contrastados con muestras clínicas de pacientes que concurren al Subprograma.

Standardization and adaptation of the inventory of personality organization for the mental health, prevention and treatment

In the field of the clinical psychoanalytic is indispensable to count with valid and reliable instruments which will allow to measure the personality’s alterations, not only as manifest features but also in its underlying structure, so they can be used within the field of the mental health: in an epidemiological evaluation and the clinical to the detection of Personality Disorder, diagnosis and registration of structural changes that took place during the psychotherapeutic boarding.
This project is part of other bigger project (UBACyT PO56), through which it will be carried out, in successive stages, the adaptation and validation of the Inventory of Personality Organization (IPO2000 – Clarkin. J; Foelsch, P. & Kernberg. O.) The IPO2000 is utilized within the Subprogram of Clinic Psychology for Adolescents, and is necessary counting with regional standarization. The Inventory will be applied to a non clinic sample and will studies the reliability and validity to establishing their regional standardization. In this way we will count with a ready reckoner where the results of a clinical sample of patients who attend the Subprogram will be able to be contrasted.
